If the self-help support tools don't solve the problem, contact Technical Support on 0800 167 000 during business hours. Here, a Dell technician will either talk you through the problem or use remote diagnostic tools to find and solve the cause of your issue. It might involve accessing the inside of your system and may take more than one session.
Onsite service
ONSITE SERVICE
If your issue still isn't resolved after remote diagnosis, a Dell Authorised Service Technician will be sent to your location within 1-2 business days to repair and/or replace parts* in the main system unit, including monitor, keyboard and mouse (if not ordered separately) covered by the Limited Hardware Warranty.
